Today, I just started pitching an article series to Real Estate Magazines hoping to get a byline and possibly my foot in the door and my name out there. I have 7 topics that I came up with from my direct involvement in selling one of my rental properties that we originally never intended to sell. I wrote down all the steps we went through to analyze, decide and the choice we made to sell. So the articles will be very “inside woman” type. I Was also thinking of pitching the NYR Real Estate Marketing agencies with the same article options for their clients. Thoughts?
